Danielle and Mom made a scrumptious dinner, including Chili's Monterey Chicken and fancy asparagus with almonds.

Danielle and Mom were canning fiends the first couple days we were there!!! Huzzah for lots o' canned chicken. You go, girls!
Mother's Day breakfast spread: egg McMuffins and fresh fruit and yogurt dip! We tried to spoil Danielle and Mom for at least five minutes...before we got distracted...

Fun
Heather showed Jacob and Cindy a new way of having fun. Best of all, it included drawing with markers on your chin (don't tell Adam) and lying upside down on the table.

hez, there may be a reason adam doesn't want them learning to draw all over their faces with marker. perhaps this reverts back to the days of that one picture where becca conned you into letting her draw a marker mustache on you...
but overall too funny!
Salsa recipe:
Avocados, chopped (3 or so)
Part of a yellow or orange bell pepper (maybe 1/4?)
Tomatoes (5 or so)
Minced red onion (1 or 2 Tbsp) (or you could use green)
Season with:
A few squirts of lime juice
Garlic salt
Green tabasco sauce (I know it sounds weird but this makes the salsa and it only costs like a dollar) (about 1 Tbsp)
